Director Structuring & Origination

Zamanat is a Sharia-aligned real-world asset tokenisation platform. We structure and tokenise assets across funds, private credit, real estate and receivables, then distribute them through institutional, private wealth and on-chain channels.

We have applied for a DIFC tokenised credit fund and run a live structuring pipeline across receivables, fund and real‑estate mandates in MENA, GCC and selected emerging markets. The structuring lead is a foundational role.

AI-driven playbooks are a core part of Zamanat's growth strategy. We are building a structuring function where AI tools compress time-to-launch, accelerate documentation, and turn one-off deals into repeatable products. The right hire is hungry to learn, prototype and embed AI tooling into the structuring workflow.
