Strategic Development Drive the formulation and implementation of operational technical training strategies that align with EGA s overall strategy, Human Capital and Talent Management, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Compliance. Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental management policies and procedures within the department to uphold employee safety and regulatory compliance. Ensure all training materials are compliant with internal and external requirements for all operational areas across EGA. Ensure all training programs meet international and local regulatory standards and promote a culture of quality within the technical training team. Liaise with relevant government entities e.g. KHDA and ACTVET to secure recognition for EGA s technical courses and advance the establishment of EGA as a recognized Training Academy.
