Director - Technical Solutions

The Director - Technical Solutions will lead the overall technical sales strategy across multiple product categories and markets such as VMI, Kitting, and Contractor Services. This position will manage a large-scale team of people leaders responsible for project and/or sales specialists that sell technical services, products, and systems. The Director will have responsibility for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to expand market presence for value added services. As a cross-functional leader, the Director will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the alignment of technical sales with organizational goals, lead the development of future leaders, and shape the company's product and market innovation strategies. **_The Technical Solutions Director will be accountable for driving performance across the entire U.S. market while managing and developing a team of direct reports located within the United States._**
