About the roles

Provide active support to people with Disability in Cairns across Supported Independent Living (SIL). The people you will support are looking for passionate & highly skilled support workers who are experienced in providing complex health care supports, positive behaviour support, medication administration and personal care. An understanding of approved restrictive practices will also be highly regarded.

We have several part-time and casual opportunities available as we welcome new clients. As a Disability Support Worker in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team, you will assist people with disability to live independently in shared accommodation or their own homes. This includes providing personal care and supporting daily living activities, all within a well-supported organisation that offers comprehensive wraparound supports.

You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster, including Sleep over & Active Night ...
