Dispatch Clerk - Temp - Jet Park Job Summary: The Dispatch Clerk is responsible for coordinating the accurate and timely dispatch of goods from the warehouse . This role ensures that customer orders are correctly accuracy and complying with company policies and safety standards Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare delivery notes, invoices, waybills, and shipping documents. Record dispatched goods in the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system. Communicate with transport providers and drivers for delivery coordination. Ensure secure loading of goods for dispatch. Investigate and report any discrepancies or damaged goods. Maintain accurate dispatch records and filing system. Assist with stock movement monitoring and inventory reconciliation. Adhere to warehouse health and safety policies. Support stock counts and other warehouse operations as needed.
