For this challenging job you can expect:
Receives incoming calls, coordinates with staff to ensure flights are handled on schedule. 
Monitors software to determine arriving/departing flight times to ensure drivers
reach the aircraft on time to unload/load. 
Provides accurate and on time information to Flight Supervisors, Drivers and Helpers. 
Coordinates with other operational departments on irregularities and changes. 
Assists/supports with loading/unloading trucks, to help drivers deliver on time. 
Provides a clean working environment, maintain clean docks, trucks and maintains
clean equipment according to regulations. 
Follow all safety rules and company standards. 
Wear uniform and safety shoes while on duty.
