Dispatcher Role Overview:
Insight Global is looking for a Service Dispatcher to join an industry leading Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing contractor delivering complex multifamily and commercial projects throughout California. This role is ideal for someone with HVAC and/or multifamily experience who thrives at the center of communication between customers, technicians, and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch of HVAC service technicians across multifamily properties.
• Prioritize service calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician skill sets.
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up to date job statuses within ServiceTitan.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, warranty updates, and general service inquiries.
