Transdev in New Carrollton, MD is hiring a Dispatcher for the WMATA Call Center. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

CBA Position:
Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
+ $21 - $35.63 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay Scale)
+ Starting pay $21 with progression to $35.63 over 7 years.
Benefits include:
+ Vacation: 5 days per year with progression to 20 days per year
