Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for ensuring product delivery in compliance with quantity, quality, capacity, and product line standards, according to customer orders. You will ensure that all shipments have complete and accurate documentation, meeting the delivery timelines established in our service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure WMS confirmation of deliveries or orders to properly create shipping documentation in Oracle.
• Coordinate unionized personnel during the picking process to ensure on-time product delivery to dealers.
• Validate and meet the dispatch target of less than one hour, ensuring 100% product delivery accuracy with no picking, dispatch, or damage errors.
• Verify that all units have the required check‑in and check‑out records in OTM.
• Comply with established internal standards, including EHS and Operational Excellence, to maintain a safe and organized work area.
