Short Intro and About the Job
We’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Dispensary Team Lead to provide leadership across our Dispensary operation at Danone Nutricia Balclutha . This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient and compliant dispensing operations that support production performance — with a strong focus on stock accuracy, material availability, standardised ways of working and continuous improvement.
You’ll lead a team of Dispensary Technicians, build capability through training and coaching, and work closely with Planning, Production, Stores/Warehouse, Maintenance, and QFS to ensure the dispensary is always “production-ready”.
