Job Purpose:
To ensure the accurate and timely movement of freight and information while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the departments operational strategy at the district level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and enter customer orders and distribution accounts daily.
- Prepare operational reports shipping documents and customer paperwork accurately and on time.
- Perform data entry for receiving shipping order allocation and inventory management.
- Trace shipments and proactively update customers on order status.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of clients and vendors.
