- Channel Management: Ensure the accurate and optimized distribution of listings across all OTAs and direct booking platforms.
- Downtime Minimization: Monitor platforms to identify and resolve any listing issues, syncing errors, or outages in real-time.
- Partner Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for OTA representatives, working closely with them to resolve issues and enhance performance.
- Performance Optimization: Regularly analyze channel data and booking trends to identify opportunities for increased visibility and revenue growth.
