We are looking for a District Sales Manager who will report to the Regional Sales Manager, and who’ll be tasked with managing a group of dealers to deliver dollar-per-unit growth by product line through successful wholesale. As part of your role, you’ll be influencing dealer retail activities through in-store parts, accessories and apparel best practices in ways that also contribute to dealer loyalty. You’ll be at the forefront of driving growth at BRP.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop and execute a per-product strategic sales plan to deliver district sales targets by engaging dealers in BRP programs and influencing dealer behaviours through BRP’s four key best practices (Inventory Management, Sales Process, Retail Environment, Product Training).
