Role Purpose

The Digital & Information Technology Rotational Development Program (DITRDP) is a two-year, immersive opportunity designed to empower participants to break through limitations and expectations—helping to push Corning, and the world, forward. This program builds technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and provides a robust foundation for impactful careers in IT and digital transformation. Participants experience four dynamic 6‑month rotations, gaining hands‑on exposure across diverse areas such as business operations, manufacturing systems, digital technologies, cybersecurity, and IT services. Each rotation is crafted to deliver meaningful challenges, foster innovation, and deepen critical skills. At the conclusion of the program, participants graduate into a landing role within Corning, equipped with strong support systems to drive their success and growth.
