Diversity & Inclusion Project Coordinator (6 months internship)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our People Team at Marsh for a 6-month project. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is an onsite role that has a requirement of working fully in the office.

You'll join our People Team for a special Diversity & Inclusion project that will welcome interns through a disability‐focused hiring programme, providing a structured learning journey and practical professional experience.

We will count on you to:

• Coordinate the project with the support of the advisory board.
• Ensure high‐quality delivery and maintain communications with all stakeholders.
• Align, adapt and coordinate participants' and trainers' agendas.
• Hold daily check‐ins with participants and collect their feedback during the learning phase.
• Coordinate shadowing and working sessions between participants and business colleagues.
• Produce regular reports on the ongoing programme.
