Division Manager Multi Family

We’re seeking an accomplished Division Manager to lead and scale our Multi‑Family business across assigned regions. This senior leadership role carries full accountability for revenue growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and overall profitability. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Division Manager sets strategic direction and ensures seamless alignment across sales, estimating, project execution, operations, and customer care.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own regional revenue, gross margin, project performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable regional business plans aligned with multi‑family growth priorities.
• Develop and manage annual sales forecasts and operating budgets.
• Establish measurable KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
