Division Welding Manager

Meyer Utility Structures is currently looking to hire a results-driven individual to join our team as a Division Welding Manager. Reporting to the Vice President of Quality, the Division Welding Manager isresponsible for providing high-level technical expertise, leadership, and strategic direction for all welding processes across Meyer Utility Structures. This role ensures standardized weld process development, optimizes manufacturing efficiency, and maintains compliance with industry codes (e.g., ASME, AWS, API). The Division Welding Manager will act as a liaison between the engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve complex welding issues, manage new product introduction (NPD) deliverables, and drive continuous improvement in weld quality and cost reduction.
