 To produce regular information on which the management team of a business can take decisions
 To produce predictive MIS in order that forward looking decisions can be made based on more than historic data.
 To produce such accurate data that can be collated by the accounts or finance departments for inclusion into a monthly report
  Primary Responsibilities. 
 Preparation of Monthly & Daily MISDebtors ageing Analysis
 Pending Orders
 Bag Damage Report (during Packing Dispatch)
 Quality wise Report- Silo Stock
 Receive Issue Report
 Loading Bag Details - Daily
 Control of non-confirming products - Monthly
 Monthly Stores consumption
 Location wise freight details
 Net realization - Month-grade/customer wise
 Event Report Form - Process plant tripped etc.
