Document Controller (Contract) – Workplace Fit-Out / Commercial Interiors

We’re looking for an experienced Document Controller to join a large-scale workplace fit-out project in London , supporting a busy live scheme through a critical delivery phase.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role embedded within a major commercial interiors project, working closely with delivery, design, and site teams to keep information flowing accurately and efficiently across the programme.

The successful candidate will step into a project environment with a huge amount of activity — including 1,000+ drawing and technical submittals across the life of the scheme — so we need someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable operating at pace.
