Document Processing Specialist (XML Data) - Johannesburg - up to R600k per annum

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Document Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing monthly document processing cycles for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, quality, and delivery within strict SLA timelines.

• Execute end-to-end document processing and fulfilment within SLA deadlines
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Provide status updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage production-related queries and support requests
• Configure and optimize processing tools based on client requirements
• Monitor automated document workflows and resolve processing issues
• Review job specifications and operational requirements
