Domain Solution Architect

Role Mission: This role exists to define and govern the end-to-end solution architecture for the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) CRM and Order Management (OM) domains at a time of continued enterprise platform transformation and growing integration complexity. The role ensures that business priorities across customer lifecycle, order orchestration, fulfilment readiness, and downstream operational handoffs are translated into scalable, secure, and supportable solution designs. It brings architectural consistency across initiatives, reduces fragmentation between platforms, and accelerates delivery by providing clear architecture direction. The role also helps shape the target‑state roadmap for CRM and OM modernization while safeguarding business continuity and delivery quality.
