**Door Assembler / Millwork Finishing Technician**
**Position Overview**
This is a full-time, permanent shop position that combines prehung door assembly with millwork finishing in a hands-on production environment. In this role, you will assemble doors, perform woodworking tasks, and operate both automated and manual finishing equipment to apply water-based coatings on custom millwork.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with power tools, take pride in craftsmanship, and can work independently in a smaller, team-oriented setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Assembly & Woodworking**
+ Assemble prehung doors and related components according to work orders, drawings, and written instructions
+ Perform general woodworking tasks including cutting, fitting, and material preparation
+ Use power tools such as nail guns, saws, routers, and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently
