Dps Ap Analyst (Ciudad Apodaca)

Danfoss Mexico is looking for an AP Analyst working from our Apodaca facilities.

• Manage Accounts Payable subledger and actively review old/open unresolved debit balances, acting as a decision-maker to resolve/clear them.
• Actively monitor and coordinate the resolution of GRIR OIM account.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (Procurement/Finance/Outsource Partner) to make decisions or support the cleansing of aged open items in ledger balances.
• Follow up with approvers on aged unapproved, rejected invoices, ensuring timely and effective execution of needed tasks.
• Review vendor reminders and check fines and escalations received from/towards vendors.
• Track, monitor, and control overdue payments, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
• Support invoice/credit notes booking-related queries/correction/reversal requests.
