Drafter / BIM Modeller

Job Summary The Drafter / BIM Modeller reports to the Senior Drafter and is responsible for creating, updating and revising BIM models throughout projects' life cycles based on contract drawings and latest information. Responsibilities Prepare and produce design drawings using BIM and CAD technologies for cabinetry construction projects Coordinate with main contractors and other trades to provide cross-team support using BIM software Ensure BIM models are compatible and BIM data is accessible to all project participants Collaborate with the design team and relevant departments to verify drawings meet design requirements Perform additional drafting and BIM modelling tasks as assigned to support project needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Architectural, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field 2 to 3 years of experience in architectural project drafting or BIM modelling Proficient use of MS Office, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD software Knowledge of native...
