Job Description Responsibilities: . To formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualisation . To generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings . To prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material board . To prepare for Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection . To communicate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers on all project matters Requirements: . Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in related discipline . Preferably minimum 1 year working experience in Architecture / Interior Design for Commercial and Industrial Projects . Competent in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office . Able to independently design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailings . Possess creative flair and good portfolio .
