Job Description
Responsibilities:- To formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualisation
- To generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings
- To prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material board
- To prepare for Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection
- To communicate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers on all project matters
- Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in related discipline
- Preferably minimum 1 year working experience in Architecture / Interior Design for Commercial and Industrial Projects
- Competent in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
