Draftsman

A skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with experience in residential plotted developments, building planning, and land development projects. The candidate should be proficient in preparing technical drawings, layout plans, contour mapping, and statutory submission drawings in compliance with applicable Town Planning regulations, preferably for Goa and Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities Prepare and draft residential plotted development layouts, subdivision plans, building plans, and infrastructure drawings. Convert and plot KML/KMZ files using survey coordinates and boundary data provided by land surveyors. Develop accurate site plans, contour plans, grading layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings. Prepare drawings for approvals and statutory submissions to Town Planning, Municipal Authorities, Panchayat, PDA, and related departments.
