Grade: PE10

Purpose of the role: Responsible for developing precise technical drawings and 3 D models for glass bottle designs used in packaging applications. The role involves translating product concepts into detailed manufacturing drawings and mould‑ready formats, ensuring design feasibility, aesthetics, and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the draughtsman will be required to prepare detailed technical drawings and schematics for machinery, plant layouts and mechanical systems used on site. Key Performance Areas Create 2 D technical drawings and 3 D CAD models for custom and standard glass bottles. Interpret customer requirements, product briefs, and brand specifications into manufacturable bottle designs. Prepare detailed drawings for mould fabrication and coordinate with mould makers.
