Drill & Blast Technician (EN) 

Develop technical and operational skills within mining project teams, ensuring the correct application of drilling and blasting principles, safety standards for handling explosives, and methodologies for optimizing rock fragmentation processes, thereby contributing to operational excellence and the sustainability of mining operations.

Job Requirements and Competency Profile

  • Higher education degree in Mining Engineering or similar areas;

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Drill & Blast operations in open-pit mines;

  • Advanced knowledge of drilling, blasting, and explosives handling techniques;

  • French language (preferred);

  • Teamwork;

  • Communication skills;

  • Problem-solving;

  • Resilience;

  • Availability to travel to operations in Africa.
