Driver Improvement Trainer/Monitor

The Role

Join our Driver Improvement Team, delivering NDORS educational courses as an alternative to prosecution. Reporting to the Senior Monitor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing course quality, working closely with the booking office and supporting a consistent, high‑standard learning experience. As Trainer Co‑ordinator, you’ll oversee the quality, compliance, and development of a growing team of trainers, combining coaching, monitoring, and coordination. The role includes flexible working—both remotely and across Essex, Southend, and Thurrock—along with occasional evenings and weekends. You’ll also collaborate with partners to support road safety initiatives and contribute to the development of engaging, industry‑compliant courses aligned with our Vision Zero ambition.
