Job Description
• Schedule and notify employees of random drug and alcohol tests
• Contact new hires to coordinate pre employment drug testing
• Assist with previous employer information for incoming and exiting employees
• Track leave of absence information and update records quarterly
• Gather and maintain documentation required for FAA compliance
• Review PRD (Pilot Records Database) reports
• Audit forms, identify errors, and ensure regulatory accuracy
• Maintain detailed Excel tracking documents
