Coordinate and communicate with operational parties in implementing the CEE programMake a schedule of CEE program activity plans and the company's annual work planConduct a needs assessment for the CEE program using the Sustainable Livelihood Assessment (SLA) approach and/or other equivalent methodologies as neededCollect and compile program databases and village databases for the purposes of compiling and reporting the CEE programBecome a facilitator in group mentoringPrepare routine reports on the achievements of the CEE program every month which are submitted to the head of CEE and unit heads (manager and RC)Assist operational for the preparation of reports needed for internal and external purposesMonitor and evaluate the CEE program on a semi-annual and annual basisJob Requirement:
