An opportunity has arisen for a DSO Curtailment Engineer to join the Curtailment Team within Distribution System Operator (DSO). The DSO Curtailment Team is responsible for the production of curtailment reports, publication of curtailment input data and the provision of online self‑serve tools to our customers. You will be based at either Bristol, Cardiff, Tipton or Castle Donington and reports to the DSO Curtailment Manager within the DSO System Models & Data department.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis to determine the level of curtailment for customers connected to National Grid Electricity Distribution’s network, and to provide curtailment reports
- Support the development of automated curtailment analysis tooling, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and internal teams
