JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist in ensuring the efficient and economic operation of the engineering department in support of all other operating departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.
- Carries out and supervises the regular MEPF equipment (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) Servicing Program according to the established schedule.
- Assists in ensuring the control, verification, storage and utilization of all fuel deliveries to the premises are carried out as per the established policy and procedures.
- Assists in preparing weekly work schedules in accordance with workload and priorities in coordination with Senior Duty Engineer.
- Supervises and carries out special projects.
- Carries out and completes all maintenance requests on time and pays particular attention to guest related jobs.
