Key Responsibilities
- Representing clients detained atpolice stations
- Managing a caseload of criminaldefence cases covering a full range of offences
- Conducting advocacy in theMagistrates’ Court, including summary trials (and Crown Court hearings ifthe candidate has Higher Rights)
