Our client is the largest public telecom equipment manufacturer from China, and a leading provider of telecom software, solutions, and services, specializes in providing comprehensive BSS/OSS, Big Data, and Managed Service solutions to global operators of wireless, wire-line, and broadband cable services. They are looking for DWDM Technical Director who has strong Technical skills and knowledge in Transmission Technology, IP Transport & DWDM, qualifications are as below. 
Responsibilities
Being responsible for DWDM WSON Technical Analysis monitoring and reacting to alarms/events generated within an infrastructure monitoring platform based on corresponding procedures.
Being responsible for the technical delivery of the Optical Transport Network.
Being responsible for technical team management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or above in Telecommunication engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
