You will be responsible for implementing strategies that reduce costs related to scrap, consumables, and manpower while strictly adhering to the departmental budget. Driving the SPR (Standard Productivity Ratio) to exceed 90% will be one of your key performance indicators.Your responsibilities include performing detailed analysis of defect data and implementing robust countermeasures to maintain and improve product quality.
