Dynamic HLTA: Support Learning, Interventions & Class Cover

The Downs Primary School and Nursery in Harlow is seeking a dedicated HLTA to join our team permanently starting September 2026. This role involves providing class-based support, covering classes, and conducting booster lessons for students in KS1 and KS2.

The ideal candidate will have an HLTA qualification or be willing to pursue one and must have experience teaching a variety of year groups. We offer a supportive team environment, motivated pupils, and emphasis on staff well-being.
