We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect for a minimum 6 month contract (likely extension) to assist our client with their current CRM integration/implementation.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM integrations and implementations
- Experience with CRM processes – Sales and Servicing
- Exposure to Loans Origination & Underwriting Processes
- Integration experience with platforms such as MuleSoft or Microsoft
- Data architecture and AI experience (an asset)
- Integration with communication systems – Telephony, IVR, Chat, SMS etc. (an asset)
- CRM implementation experience in the banking/financial services sector esp. in B2C channels
- Creating an architecture roadmap and an implementation plan that is aligned with the business priorities
