Mission
We are looking for a Technical Consultant for CRM Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.
Vos responsabilités
- Define the technical roadmap and prioritize the backlog (Scrum/Kanban) while balancing technical debt, new features and strategic initiatives; ensure platform integrity.
- Translate complex business needs into technical and functional specifications; model customer journeys and optimize the use of the Microsoft standard by analysing user stories.
- Facilitate technical workshops, coordinate testing phases (UAT), provide level‑2/3 support and ensure the stability of deployments.
