About the Assignment We are seeking an experienced e-commerce leader to help shape and launch the next chapter of Tashas Home. 
Reporting directly to Founder & CEO as well as the Executive Team, you will be responsible for defining the commercial model, establishing the operating framework and leading the successful launch of the Tashas Home e-commerce platform by 1 November 2026 . 
This is a hands‑on assignment for someone who enjoys building businesses from the ground up. You will lead the strategy, customer experience, technology, operations, marketing and commercial performance of the business, creating a scalable online retail platform that reflects the quality, warmth and attention to detail synonymous with Tashas Group.
