Reporting to the Litigation Counsel Lead, Brazil, this role is responsible for the overall management of litigation matters in the country, with a strong focus on high-volume (mass) cases related to TTS e-commerce operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage high-volume (mass) consumer and e-commerce litigation arising from TikTok Shop marketplace activities, including judicial cases and PROCON procedures, ensuring consistency, scalability, and full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal platform policies.
- Serve as a strategic legal partner to the business, particularly on marketplace and e-commerce matters, providing practical, risk-based advice in a fast-paced environment. - Identify potential litigation and regulatory risks, especially within the digital commerce ecosystem, and proactively advise on mitigation strategies. - Handle general litigation, including pre-litigation claims, consumer disputes, and related matters. - Oversee the full lifecycl...
