E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager

About the Role We are looking for a commercially driven E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager to take ownership of the online marketplace channels and drive sustainable sales growth across South Africa's leading e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for managing and optimising the online presence across Takealot, Amazon SA, Makro Marketplace, OneDay Only, Bob Shop, Loot and future marketplace opportunities. The successful candidate will combine strong marketplace management skills with a strategic, sales-focused mindset to maximise online revenue, improve customer experience and identify new growth opportunities. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Warehouse teams, you will ensure accurate product listings, effective promotional campaigns, optimal stock availability and exceptional marketplace performance.
