Lead the overall operation team (Livestream, Content, E-com Ops), ensuring growth and effective performance across platforms.
1/ Livestream Ops (30%):

• Build the livestream schedule.
• Manage freelance hosts co-hosts.
• Track livestream KPIs (viewers, GMV, conversion).

2/ Content Marketing (30%):

• Plan key visual content for campaigns.
• Ensure content quality and brand consistency.
• Track traffic, CTR, CVR.

3/ Ecommerce Planning Performance (30%):

• Create monthly sales planning.
• Manage promotions according to platform calendars.
• Track and optimize platform performance.

4/ Team Management (10%):

• Manage workload tasks.
• Evaluate team performance.
