Job Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day operation of the stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok platforms.
- Manage product information and content, store layout, and campaigns.
- Regularly collect sales data, inventory data, traffic analysis, return reports, and the likes.
- Address after‑sales concerns and issues together with the e‑commerce team.
- Prepare ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Work experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and other e‑commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog.
- Understand the logic of livestreaming e‑commerce and be able to plan effective live‑streaming activities.
