E learning Designer

Job Description: E-learning Designer Position Overview: The E-learning Designer will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing engaging e-learning content for PrismHR and PrismHCM platforms.

This role involves utilizing technical skills in content creation and editing, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), and providing training and support to stakeholders.

The E-learning Designer will also contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Research and develop engaging content for PrismHR, PrismHCM, as well as any newly acquired platforms.

Create knowledge check questions to ensure comprehension and retention.

Conduct content reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all content, including development status, description, length, upload date, and annual enrollments.
