The Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) is the centerpiece of Thailand 4.0 strategy. However, the region suffers from chronic water management challenges. Current water infrastructure is inadequate to cope with peak demand during the dry season, leading to critical shortages that affect the industrial sector, public utilities, tourism, and ecological systems.
