EAP Counsellor

TELUS Health is seeking a Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Sexologist or Psychoeducator EAP Counsellor located in Saint‑Georges, QC. This is a permanent position requiring 3 or 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide short‑term counselling to diverse clients through the Employee Assistance Program.
• Adapt interventions to clients’ personal styles and support needs.
• Manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools.
• Participate in team meetings, peer groups, and online training.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field.
• Registered member in good standing with the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPSQ or OPPQ.
• At least five years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in French (bilingualism is an asset).
