Early Years Teaching Assistant - Tower Hamlets Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant - Tower Hamlets 
Join an Outstanding Primary School in Tower Hamlets as an Early Years Teaching Assistant! Location:  Tower Hamlets 
Salary:  £90–£105 per day 
Start Date:  ASAP 
Working Hours:  Monday to Friday, 08:30 am – 4:00 pm 
Contract Type:  Long-Term, Full-Time 
About the Role: As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver targeted support and ensure children’s academic, emotional, and social development. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Morning Support:  Provide tailored 1:1 and small group assistance for children with SEMH (including ADHD and self-harming behaviours). 
Afternoon Flexibility:  Support pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2 , adapting to the needs of various year groups....
