EB Melter - 3rd shift
Sunday-Friday (10:30pm-7:00am)
Grade 3
As an Electron Beam Melter you will be responsible for producing high quality Tantalum ingots in the EB. This position would also have some duties operating Q Plant Equipment as required.
You will have the opportunity to:
+ Setup and operate the EB, working from Standard Operating Procedures, and instructions on job specific routers.
+ Operate GCA and AC Furnaces, Eitel Press, and Mold Cleaning equipment as required.
+ Operate Hydride/ Dehydride & Agglomeration Furnaces.
+ Inspect and maintain molds, melt hardware, and other operating supplies.
+ Enter material movements in SAP, completes all associated quality control paperwork and lot traceability paperwork to assure product is clearly tested and identified.
